A night in solidarity with Iranian democratic inspiration

June 7, 2019

On Friday night 7 June, Australian Supporters of Democracy in Iran (ASDI) will be hosting a dinner at the home of Bruce Childs and Yola Lucire to help raise awareness and funds for the people most in need in Iran.

Iran during 2018- 2019 was the scene of protests, strikes, marches and rallies by the teachers, workers, farmers, students, plundered investors, political prisoners’ families, Bazaar Merchants and the victims of recent flash floods in entire country.

Remarkably the democratic movement and the resistance against the malign regime have entered into a new era which creates hope and inspiration for many Iranian people in their struggle for a free and democratic Iran - more than ever before.

Join us for delicious Persian foods, friendly discussion with Australian Supporters of Democracy in Iran and hear more about the how the Iranian people are resisting the mullah’s dictatorship regime - and enjoy live music preferred by members of the Iranian community.

Your participation and your donations will make a real difference in the Iranian struggle for democracy and respect for human rights.
